Return | Cancellation Policy

To cancel your COD or PREPAID order, please email info@anahataorganic.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
For Prepaid Orders, a cancellation fee of Rs 100 will be deducted, and store credit will be issued during the refund process.

NO Returns or Refunds on a delivered International Order

Cancellation of a Prepaid International order incurs a 5% exchange fee on the total order value, with the balance refunded as store credit to the original account. Please email info@anahataorganic.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders dispatched from our warehouse cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
In rare cases where an order is canceled due to non-availability of stocks for over 30 working days, a store credit for the full amount will be issued.

Orders cannot be modified once placed; only cancellations are allowed. A new order must be placed for any alterations. Cancellation requests will be processed solely via email. Kindly email info@anahataorganic.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

Rejection at Final Destination :

If an order is rejected during delivery, it will be canceled upon return to our warehouse.
For prepaid domestic orders, a cancellation fee of Rs 100 will be applied, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

COD orders will incur shipping costs for both delivery and return.

Return Policy:

Returns are not eligible for refunds. Instead, store credit will be provided for returned, unused, sealed, and undamaged items within three days of delivery. Please notify us via email at info@anahataorganic.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Upon confirmation that the product is sealed and undamaged, store credit will be issued for the returned item. Please note, a deduction of INR 100 will be applied for the reverse pickup from the total store credit amount.
For damaged products upon delivery, inform us within 24 hours at info@anahataorganic.com for assistance regarding a replacement or store credit.

Damages resulting from negligence or improper application are not covered under the Returns Policy.

Exchanges or returns are not applicable for allergies/skin reactions, dislike of fragrance, or color variations due to organic ingredients' natural variations. We strongly advise checking the ingredient list for known allergies and conducting a patch test before use to identify any unknown allergies.

For damaged products upon delivery, inform us within 24 hours at info@anahataorganic.com for assistance regarding a replacement or store credit. Store credit for damaged orders is only applicable if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
